TABATA

20 seconds hard work, 10 seconds rest and repeat. Our circuit helps you maximise your workout across your body.

CORE AND CARDIO

Core and cardio strengthens the core of your body and gives you an exercise work out.

BOXING

Boxing makes you sweat and makes you stronger. A great class to aid your weight loss journey.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

A more relaxed session focusing on weight lifting to tone your body and some conditioning work to get you moving.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. Not just a hit with members but a hit across your whole body, toning and weight loss.

SWEAT

Sunday Mornings are made to make you sweat… Bring a towel!
